Each user is only allowed one account per device; this message pops up when the device you're on already has an account associated with it. If you encounter this error message, please try turning your device off and then back on again. After doing so, reenter the app. If this problem persists, please give us a screenshot of the error you're seeing by tapping on "submit a request" or by sending an email to the relevant support email below:
